Examination forms will be
available from the Office of the Principal, Hamdard
College of Medicine & Dentistry, with effect from December
, 2003, on payment of Rs. 25/= each. Duly completed
examination forms alongwith examination fees must be
submitted in the said Office on or before January, 2004.
According to sub-Clause 4.2 of University Regulations on
Conduct of Examinations, defaulters will be allowed to
deposit their examination forms with a late fees of Rs.
100/= per day upto January , 2004.
Examination Fee:
A total of 1,200/- (Rs. 300/- per paper and Rs. 300/- for
the transcripts) is payable by students, who are appearing
in the Third Professional M.B.,B.S. Annual Examination -
2003.

NOT PAID THE REQUISITE TUITION FEE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO
SUBMIT THEIR EXAMINATION FORMS AND APPEAR IN THE
EXAMINATION.
